Continuous improvement sits at the center of how Reconext operates, and constructive feedback is one of the most direct ways our leaders put that commitment into practice each day.

That’s why we brought together the leadership team at our Bydgoszcz site for a dedicated training session: “Feedback as a Leadership Tool.” The workshop gave managers time to focus on practical leadership skills: giving and receiving feedback that helps people grow.

Inside the workshop

Over the course of the workshop, managers explored techniques for delivering clear and timely feedback tied to specific behaviors and outcomes.

They drew on their own experiences to identify conversations that went well and ones that they would approach differently today, then tested their new knowledge via hands-on practice. Rehearsing conversations around recognizing strong work and constructively addressing performance gaps helped build confidence for future conversations on the operations floor.

Why feedback matters

Feedback builds trust between managers and teams and shows employees where they excel and where they can grow. The research on its impact is consistent:

  • 80% of employees who received meaningful feedback in the past week are fully engaged (Gallup)
  • Employees who strongly agree they receive valuable feedback are 5x as likely to be engaged (Gallup)
  • Team turnover lowers 21% to 28% after managers complete coaching-focused development (Gallup)

At our Bydgoszcz site, where precision and quality shape every device that moves through the operation, that culture of growth carries directly into the work our teams deliver for customers.

Investing in our people

Investing in leadership development is an investment in our people. Equipping managers with practical feedback skills helps them support their teams more effectively, and the benefits reach every part of the organization, from individual career growth to the service our customers experience.

We are grateful to every member of the Bydgoszcz leadership team who participated, and we look forward to continuing to build programs that strengthen it in Bydgoszcz and across Reconext.
