Driving results for global recovery programs
Zoetermeer is more than a processing site. It’s an operations hub where measurable results are delivered every day, and where new approaches to recovery are tested and scaled.
From this single hub, our teams have:
Case Studies
Case Study 1
Processed ~10K SSD warranty claims a month with 3-day SLA
Global storage OEM | Singapore | In-region SSD warranty analysis hub
The challenge
No on-site analysis capability meant slow warranty decisions and higher scrap rates.
The OEM needed an in-region partner integrated directly into their systems, meeting strict cross-border data security standards.
What we did
-
Built a dedicated SSD warranty lab in Singapore (Jurong), operating as the OEM's regional RMA hub since 2017.
-
Deployed OEM-provided diagnostic testers integrated directly into their ERP and asset-management systems.
-
Developed a flexible operational process to deliver SLA consistently, even with unpredictable peaks in return volumes.
What happened
-
95% of returned SSDs processed within 72 hours of receipt. SLA met every quarter, even through unpredictable volume peaks.
-
Inventory accuracy at ~99.8%; transactional accuracy 99.5%+ in OEM systems.
-
Program expanded via a second SOW, scope growing toward 8,000+ units/month including DRAM modules.
