Dan Perez, Chief Executive Officer
Dan Perez is the Chief Executive Officer of Reconext. Dan joined Clover Wireless in April 2017 as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman and led the successful combination of Clover Wireless and Teleplan to form Reconext.
Dan has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. He co-founded OnCore Manufacturing Services, which under Dan’s leadership grew into an industry leader in both quality and service in the Defense and Aerospace, Medical Device, and Industrial OEM markets. Prior to OnCore, Dan was the EVP of world-wide sales, account management and marketing for Solectron Corporation, one of the world’s leading tier one electronics manufacturing services companies. Dan joined Solectron in 1991 and held several operating and administrative positions at the company. During Dan’s tenure Solectron’s revenues grew from $250M to over $12B. Before joining Solectron, Dan served 14 years with IBM Corporation in a number of increasingly responsible management positions in manufacturing and planning.
Dan currently serves on the boards of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and The Tech Interactive and has previously served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors.
Dan earned an MBA and BA in political science, both from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Andrew Buck, Chief Financial Officer
Andy Buck is the Chief Financial Officer of Reconext. Andy joined Clover Technologies Group, one of the predecessor companies to Reconext, as Global Controller in 2006, and thereafter held a number of roles of increasing responsibility until assuming the role of Clover Wireless CFO in December 2017. Andy’s previous experience includes 5 years as a CPA with American Express Tax & Business and as an Accounting Manager at John Buck Company.
Andy earned a B.S in accounting from Bradley University and passed the CPA exam in 1997. He is a native of Illinois and currently lives with his family in Peru, Illinois.
Richard X. Fischer, Chief Administration Officer
Rich Fischer is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Reconext, and is responsible for the company’s legal, government affairs, communications and human resources functions worldwide. Rich was previously the EVP and general counsel for Clover Technologies Group, a position he held starting in 2012. Rich is the former Vice-President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of Navigant Consulting, Inc. and the former Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Sears Holdings, Inc., where he also spearheaded Sears’ corporate responsibility programs. Prior to joining Sears, Rich also spent a number of years in private practice at the law firms of Sidley & Austin, Sonnenshein Nath & Rosenthal, and Foley & Lardner.
Rich earned his B.A. in psychology from the University of Notre Dame and his JD cum laude from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
François Lacombe, President & Managing Director
François Lacombe is the President and Managing Director of Reconext, and is responsible for the sales and marketing functions of Reconext worldwide. François was the Chief Executive Officer of Teleplan until its combination with Clover Wireless in December 2019. François previously was the CEO of Anovo, a global After Market Service provider that was sold to Ingram Micro in 2015. François started his career in strategic consulting with Andersen Consulting Strategic Services before holding various supply chain related executive positions with GE Med Systems, Penske Logistics and Kuehne + Nagel in Europe and the USA. François is a native of France and currently lives with his family in San Francisco. He holds an MBA from HEC in Paris France.
Sajjad Malik, Chief Operating Officer
Sajjad Malik is the Chief Operating Officer of Reconext and is responsible for worldwide operations, IT, Engineering and R&D. Sajjad held the same role at Clover Wireless, a predecessor to Reconext, which he joined in 2017. Sajjad’s previous experience includes 8 years as co-founder of Oncore Manufacturing, where he was COO and later CEO. Sajjad also spent over 15 years at Solectron, where he held various domestic and international leadership roles in in operations, business unit management and customer executive relationship management helping to scale the company to over $12B. Sajjad is a native of Pakistan and holds a BS in Computer Science from San Jose State University and an MBA degree with Manufacturing focus from the University of Santa Clara.
