Dan Perez, Chief Executive Officer
Dan Perez is the Chief Executive Officer of Reconext. Dan joined Clover Wireless in April 2017 as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman and led the successful combination of Clover Wireless and Teleplan to form Reconext.
Dan has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. He co-founded OnCore Manufacturing Services, which under Dan’s leadership grew into an industry leader in both quality and service in the Defense and Aerospace, Medical Device, and Industrial OEM markets. Prior to OnCore, Dan was the EVP of world-wide sales, account management and marketing for Solectron Corporation, one of the world’s leading tier one electronics manufacturing services companies. Dan joined Solectron in 1991 and held several operating and administrative positions at the company. During Dan’s tenure Solectron’s revenues grew from $250M to over $12B. Before joining Solectron, Dan served 14 years with IBM Corporation in a number of increasingly responsible management positions in manufacturing and planning.
Dan currently serves on the boards of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and The Tech Interactive and has previously served on several corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors.
Dan earned an MBA and BA in political science, both from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Harjinder Bajwa, Chief Operating Officer
Harjinder Bajwa is the Chief Operating Officer of Reconext and is responsible for worldwide operations, IT, Engineering and R&D. Harjinder is an accomplished manufacturing services executive whose resume includes deep experience in global manufacturing operations, strategy development and execution, operations improvement and quality control, lean manufacturing and cost management. Over an extensive and impressive 26-year career at Flextronics and Solectron, Harjinder has held a number of roles of increasing responsibility in operations management and improvement. Most recently Harjinder was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Flextronics, where for the past 10 years he had full operational and financial ownership and accountability for over 20 facilities in the United States, Mexico, Europe and Asia.
Harjinder holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Panjab University and a Master of Science in Engineering from San Jose State University.
Mark Deadwyler, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Deadwyler is the Chief Financial Officer of Reconext, having joined Reconext in January 2021. Mark is an experienced financial executive with deep experience in global financial operations and reporting, supply chain, treasury, financial planning and analysis, cash management, internal controls, cost structure management and investor relations. Prior to joining Reconext, Mark was CFO of Teva Global Operations, where he led a team of over 200 finance professionals in 33 countries. Prior to Teva, Mark had an extensive 26-year career at Monsanto Company in a wide array of analytical, strategic, and corporate positions including Chief Financial Officer of the Asia/Pacific Region, Vice President of Finance & Alliance for Research & Development, and Vice President of Finance for Global Supply Chain.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Columbia and his MBA from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
Richard X. Fischer, Chief Administration Officer
Rich Fischer is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Reconext, and is responsible for the company’s legal, government affairs, communications and human resources functions worldwide. Rich was previously the EVP and general counsel for Clover Technologies Group, a position he held starting in 2012. Rich is the former Vice-President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of Navigant Consulting, Inc. and the former Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Sears Holdings, Inc., where he also spearheaded Sears’ corporate responsibility programs. Prior to joining Sears, Rich also spent a number of years in private practice at the law firms of Sidley & Austin, Sonnenshein Nath & Rosenthal, and Foley & Lardner.
Rich earned his B.A. in psychology from the University of Notre Dame and his JD cum laude from the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
