He has held senior leadership positions in private companies in both the US and Europe at businesses spanning several industries with a core focus on electronic materials, supply chain & logistics, and the application of technology to value creation.

Greg brings a background in Big 4 auditing, investment banking, and private equity portfolio companies. His expertise lies in driving company-wide change to enhance operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

He is focused on implementing financial metrics and internal controls that provide critical insights into financial and operational performance, enabling profitable growth and informed capital allocation.

Bobby is known for creating win-win outcomes through a value-chain approach and a deep commitment to operational excellence.

He leads efforts to streamline supply chains, optimize efficiency, and embed LEAN principles across global operations.

Rich joined Reconext in 2012 as the EVP and general counsel. He is the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Reconext, and is responsible for the company’s legal, government affairs, communications and human resources functions worldwide.

Shoab brings 20 years of experience in technology across various industries. He has a strong track record of leading digital transformation, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

At Reconext, Shoab is focused on unifying global operations under a single technology platform, optimizing shop-floor performance, and delivering actionable insights for customers and internal teams.

Arash brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain strategy, operations research, and decision intelligence. He has led complex global initiatives across logistics, procurement, and planning, combining quantitative tools with practical execution.

At Reconext, Arash is focused on building scalable, data-informed supply chain solutions that improve efficiency, enhance resilience, and align closely with customer priorities.

Chaim brings experience in customer-centric solutions and technology to his leadership. He is focused on aligning Reconext’s value stream with the evolving priorities of its global customers to ensure clear communication and long-term strategic alignment that highlights both economic and sustainability value.

Chaim drives growth opportunities for customers while strengthening the connection between Reconext and its partners.

Su is a seasoned finance leader with a proven track record in managing global financial operations and driving enterprise-wide improvements in compliance, transparency, and process efficiency. She brings deep expertise in GAAP and IFRS, M&A integration, ERP implementation, treasury management, and operational standardization across a wide range of industries.

In her current role at Reconext, Su is focused on strengthening financial systems and controls that support scalable growth. She is committed to enhancing reporting accuracy, improving financial visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Jan began his career as an auditor at E&Y, then held senior roles across the US and Europe with companies including Westinghouse, FedEx, and Logica.
At Reconext, he leads financial risk management and sustainable growth, while keeping compliance practical, clear, and accountable.

Nick Linford, EVP of Global CPE and Networking, has 42 years of experience in the electronics industry, spanning Manufacturing, Operations, and After Market Services, with a focus on Defence, CPE, and Consumer Electronics.

Since joining Reconext in 2010, he has led the development of the CPE vertical in Europe, now one of the region’s leading service providers.

Aivar leads Reconext’s global engineering team, developing proprietary automation platforms and custom testing technologies that power device recovery at scale.

With expertise in systems design, high-mix automation, and serviceability engineering, he and his team are behind tools which are deployed in hundreds of locations worldwide.
