Reynosa Launches Leadership Training for All Employees
At Reconext, we are always looking for ways to make our operations run better for the customers who depend on us. Consistent quality relies on teams that communicate well and take ownership of their work. That is why our Reynosa site recently held a Leadership Course open to all employees, not only those in management roles.
The course focused on the practical skills that help people lead from wherever they sit, ranging from clear communication and teamwork to sound decision-making and constructive conflict resolution. Participants shared experiences from their own roles and worked through real challenges together to came away with a stronger understanding of how their ideas and actions shape the performance of the whole site.
We are grateful to every employee who took part with such openness and enthusiasm, and we congratulate all of our participants on completing the course.
