As Reconext continues to expand its global footprint and the scope of services we deliver, we are pleased to share an update to our senior leadership team designed to support our ongoing growth and enhance the value we provide to you.
Introducing Bobby Singh as Chief Operating Officer
We are delighted to welcome Bobby Singh as Reconext’s new Chief Operating Officer. Bobby brings in almost 30 years of experience in deep operational expertise across complex service environments and will play a central role in aligning and scaling our global operations as our business accelerates. Over the last 18 months, as the leader of our North American operations Bobby has worked closely with our operations leadership team(s) to enhance the performance of our US based sites, provided hands-on leadership (both internally and customer-facing) for our footprint changes in Mexico, and worked closely with many of our most strategic customers throughout North America and Asia. He also, via his past roles at firms such as Jabil and Flex, has operated manufacturing plants, forward and reverse logistics, and initial assembly and repair operations, across every major geography including Asia (Penang, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Vietnam, India), Europe (Poland, Hungry, Netherlands) and North American (US and Mexico – all regions). Bobby has successfully completed 2 expatriate assignments for 2 years each in Malaysia and Singapore running the South Asia region.
Nick Linford Leading Global CPE as Reconext drives Innovation into this Segment
We also want to highlight the important change to the role of Nick Linford, who has been serving as both the SVP EMEA Operations and providing oversight to our existing CPE business. Going forward, Nick will apply his 30 years’ experience in the CPE industry as Reconext’s new EVP of Global CPE and Networking. Nick brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, operations, strategy, and commercial support to a segment that relies upon exactly the types of integrated leadership he has and continues to demonstrate. His direct efforts have helped shape the European platform we operate today, and his strategic account management has helped drive outstanding results across CPE, POS, and several other program areas. He will also remain engaged in the operational aspects of our sites which service these strategic accounts.
Investing in Advanced Capabilities for Our Customers
Alongside these leadership updates, Reconext is deepening its investment in methods and technologies that enhance the precision, consistency, and transparency of the services we deliver:
- Advanced automation and analytical methods to drive improvements in cycle times and yields. This will involve deploying our own technology, as well as our own analytics.
- Agentic AI workflows that surface insights, risks, and opportunities in real time – these are proprietary agentic solutions that will become more prevalent, quickly.
- Enhanced global training, ensuring our teams operate with fit-for-purpose tools, processes, and methodologies across every site.
